Company / Institution introduction:
Tekes, the Finnish Funding Agency for Technology and Innovation, is the main public funding organization for research and development (R&D) in Finland. Tekes funds industrial projects as well as projects in research organizations, and especially promotes innovative, risk-intensive projects. Tekes offers partners from abroad a gateway to the key technology players in Finland.
Tekes Fuel Cell programme 2007-2013 facilitates the development of successful fuel cell technologies and services and aims to speed the application of innovative fuel cell technologies. The total budget is 140 million euros for seven years. More than 30 projects and 60 companies are involved in the programme.

Products / Services on display at HANNOVER MESSE 2011:
Demo2013 is a groundbreaking demonstration in a major port facility presenting the results of the Finnish Fuel Cell Programme. It will feature all kinds of fuel cell applications in action from stationary power plant solutions to vehicles, working machines, and low-power applications such as backup power and portable solutions. Infrastructure will include a hydrogen fueling station. This long term field test will take place in Port of Helsinki in 2013. International partners are invited to join Demo2013. The organizations and companies seek partners for EU-projects.
