Products / Services on display at HANNOVER MESSE 2008:
Based on the experience gained in the field tests, Vaillant and its development partners continue to further optimize the fuel cell heating appliances. Focus clearly lies in developing technology with the utmost aim of reducing costs and developing simplified technology. This includes the integration of the 1kW SOFC system, the development of components and controllers and extensive simulation activities. It also comprises the implementation of the EU-US promotion project NextGenCell of the next HT-PEM generation and Vaillant s support of the National Innovation scheme Hydrogen- and Fuel Cell Technology promoted by the Federal Government of Germany. For both development activities the following principle holds good: quality before haste. The systems will be launched for series production only if all tests have proved reliability and fitness for purpose.
