Company profile:
NOW GmbH was founded in 2008 by the Federal Government, represented by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI). The task of NOW GmbH involves the implementation of federal development programmes which besides the previous subjects of the National Innovation Programme Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology (NIP) and battery-electric mobility from 2017 also include the programme implementation of recharging infrastructure for electric mobility and the continued development of the Mobility and Fuel Strategy. These are programmes to support the market preparation and launch of the corresponding technologies.
